These Terms of Service govern access to Luna Hub Delivery, an internal business application operated by Luna.Tech. By accessing or using the application, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to use it.
1. Authorized use
Luna Hub Delivery is provided only to approved owners, administrators, employees, contractors, drivers, and sorters. Access is personal to the approved user and may not be shared, transferred, or used on behalf of an unauthorized person.
2. Account security
Users are responsible for protecting their Google account, devices, and active sessions. Notify Luna.Tech promptly through the support portal if you believe an account or device has been compromised. Luna.Tech may suspend or disable access when necessary to protect the application or business records.
3. Operational records
Users must enter delivery, package, mileage, sorting, time, return, tip, and other business information accurately and promptly. Luna Hub Delivery may calculate compensation, costs, revenue, and profit from the information entered, but those calculations remain subject to administrator review and correction.
4. QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online may be connected only by an authorized administrator. Luna Hub Delivery may create draft invoices or perform other approved accounting actions at the administrator’s direction. Users must review all draft transactions before relying on them or sending them to a customer.
QuickBooks Online is a third-party service provided by Intuit. Luna.Tech does not control Intuit’s availability, account rules, security requirements, or service changes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- access data or features beyond your assigned role;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or fraudulent records;
- attempt to bypass authentication, security controls, or audit protections;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the application;
- upload malicious code or use the service to harm another person or system;
- use another person’s account without permission.
6. Availability and changes
Luna.Tech may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of Luna Hub Delivery. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, and other events may temporarily interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Data ownership and license
Luna.Tech and the applicable business retain ownership of business records entered into Luna Hub Delivery. Users grant Luna.Tech permission to process those records solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the application and to fulfill authorized business functions.
8. Third-party services
The application relies on services such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, and Intuit. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. Luna.Tech is not responsible for changes, outages, or acts of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
9. Disclaimer
Luna Hub Delivery is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna.Tech disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Calculations and imported records should be independently reviewed before payroll, tax, accounting, or customer-billing decisions are finalized.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna.Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures arising from use of Luna Hub Delivery.
11. Suspension and termination
Luna.Tech may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risks, employment or contractor changes, misuse, or business reasons. Upon termination, the user must stop accessing the application. Required business records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
Luna.Tech may update these terms as the application or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
