Luna.Tech operates Luna Hub Delivery, an internal business application used to manage Amazon Hub delivery operations. This policy explains what information the application collects, how it is used, and the choices available to authorized users.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, Luna Hub Delivery receives your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication session information. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Delivery and workforce records
Authorized users may enter package counts, delivery dates, sorting records, mileage, hours worked, tips, returns, compensation settings, and related operational notes. Administrators may also import historical business records from spreadsheets.
QuickBooks information
When an administrator connects QuickBooks Online, Luna Hub Delivery stores the QuickBooks company identifier, encrypted authorization tokens, token expiration dates, connection status, and identifiers needed to create authorized draft invoices. We do not receive or store your QuickBooks password.
Technical information
Our hosting and authentication providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, request timestamps, security logs, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate users and enforce administrator, driver, and sorter permissions;
- record delivery, sorting, mileage, time, compensation, and package totals;
- calculate weekly revenue, costs, worker pay, and estimated profit;
- create administrator-authorized draft invoices in QuickBooks Online;
- maintain historical records, troubleshoot problems, and protect the application;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and business-record obligations.
3. How information is shared
Luna.Tech does not sell personal information. Information is disclosed only as needed to operate the application, at an administrator’s direction, or when required by law. Service providers currently used by Luna Hub Delivery include Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, and Intuit for QuickBooks Online connectivity.
Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. QuickBooks data is sent to Intuit only when an authorized administrator connects the company or requests an invoice-related action.
4. Data security
We use role-based access controls, secure authentication, encrypted network connections, and server-side protection for sensitive credentials. QuickBooks access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users must also protect their Google accounts and devices.
5. Data retention
Business and delivery records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for operations, payroll, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Authentication sessions and provider tokens may expire sooner. Administrators may request correction or deletion when retention is no longer required.
6. Your choices
- You may sign out at any time.
- An administrator may disable a Luna Hub Delivery account or change its roles.
- An administrator may disconnect QuickBooks Online and revoke Luna Hub Delivery’s access.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to required business-record retention.
7. Intended users
Luna Hub Delivery is not a public consumer service. It is intended only for workers, contractors, owners, and administrators specifically authorized by Luna.Tech. It is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the application or applicable requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
